Returns/Deposits:
Mail-In Returns
All UPS Shipped items can be returned by mail using the pack slip provided. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. A 20% re- stocking fee will apply to all returned items unless mistake is on behalf of Cantina. Please include a copy of your invoice. Your shipping cost will be calculated based upon each situation on orders.
Deposits: On all custom quotations deposits are required and are non-refundable. Once order is placed a partial refund may be applied to your order. All shipping to and from the 6 plants we manufacture at around the world will be the customers responsibility with either payment or courier accounts.
